The KYC Due Diligence Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Assist Citi on KYC efforts in accordance to the CBSU AML KYC Ops procedures
Subject Matter Expert
Perform KYC reviews and ensure documentation comply with local regulation and Citi standards KYC reviews (Scheduled & Unscheduled Reviews for Client types across varied risk classes) including monitoring and tracking of KYC records, assisting with the development and execution of action plan for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past due
Determining if the accounts are in scope
Client Identification, Verification and Screening
Information such as customer’s address, employment (including employer), connectivity to PEP/SPF (Sanctions Screening), will be validated and confirmed. These will be validated based on existing information available or through approved third party sites. Based on the results, enhanced due diligence checks will be performed which include negative news and social media checks
Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process is carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews
Ensure all information
Send the requests to Outreach/RM for accounts where information is required to complete the review
Any suspicious product usage from AML perspective gets highlighted to senior management for further reviews promptly
Ensure to maintain quality standards (90% and above) for the KYC reviews undertaken
Ensure any tech issue/procedural clarifications gets highlighted to managers for further review and guidance
Ensure to get Quality Control (QC) review done on files prior to submission and respond/correct any discrepancies identified during QC reviews
Submit record for Business Approval once review is complete and respond/correct any discrepancies identified during BA reviews
Proficiency in Cantonese language (HK market)

Job Purpose:
The Fund Accounting Change Business Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible to in-business change support for Fund Accounting Operations - Transaction Services team.
Job Background:
FA Change Business Analyst is mainly responsible to support client change requests and process improvement initiatives which require extensive analytical skills with FA Operations expertise. This role is expected to assist in requirement gathering and impact assessment with relevant SMEs in determining the optimal solution.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Mainly serve as Business Analyst for client change requests in requirements gathering, impact assessment and proposed solution.
Review ageing change items to ensure no overdue implementation on ongoing change requests
Monitor work activities to ensure timely updates provided on ongoing change requests
To provide end-to-end coordination work and perform impact assessment on assigned change requests
To assess and develop solutions that will bring productivity and cost efficiency for Fund Accounting Operations
To produce Business Requirement Document for any technology related request
To provide testing support to perform any validation testing required by Operations prior to change implementation
To deliver solution for the change requests / projects assigned within agreed timeline with client
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
To perform end to end fund setup activities for new or existing fund.
Liaison with Business Support team and system vendors to bring on solutions including test coordination with testing team.
To perform process mapping and deep dives on process improvements.
Act as Fund Accounting Operations focal point in governance forums.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Min 5 years of relevant experience
Possess great analytical and problem solving skills
Preferable to have experience in fund accounting operations
Experience working in fund administration, change management, and/or project management
Knowledge of financial operations Skills: (technical skills)
MS Access and SQL knowledge required
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferably well-versed in Multifonds / TLM / pControl Web / pControl FOF
Ability to work as a team player and work with people of different culture
Positive attitude and have a problem-solving aptitude
Comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-moving environment
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise business writing and verbal communication

The Fraud Ops Analyst 2 is an intermediate level positions responsible for contributing to the development of fraud management policies, processes and procedures to minimize the impact of fraud in coordination with the Operations - Services team. The overall objective of this role is to manage fraud losses by ensuring analysts make appropriate decisions using risk/reward balance methodology.
This role will support the Singapore and Hongkong markets hence proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
Responsibilities:
Analyze fraud trends, conduct investigative Research into losses, and analyze loss type data to determine fraud patterns
Performs data validation independently in support of fraud management personnel
Assist in executing the business strategy by developing and producing Management Information Systems and analyses

Monitor, assess, analyze and/or evaluate processes and data, and identify policy gaps and formulate policies
