Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Overall manage department administration Major CAAC coordinator and maintain good working relations with various CAAC departments/offices.
2. Assist with regulatory applications including but not limited to Operating Permit, Slot, Routing, traffic rights, CCAR129, dangerous goods Permit and Representative office, connecting with AOCs for all necessary communication.
3. Watch CAAC notifications, policies, and regulations closely, and translate and circulate information to relevant departments among AirAsia group timely.
4. Work cross departments in China, AOCs and Group to ensure AirAsia’s operations in China to comply with CAAC’s flight standards and safety regulations.
5. New project research and analysis, helping the department manage file documents, maintain database, prepare reports and statistics.
6. Deliver AOC operation, China projects analysis, insights and knowledge and successfully support special project implementation.
7. Protect AirAsia Group’s interest and ensure alignment of AOC’s strategy and operations With strong willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges Requires persistence in the face of obstacles.
8. Work carefully about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
9. Perform other duties assigned by immediate manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Business management / English, aviation school graduates preferred
2. above 2 years working experience;
3. Knowledge of project management
4. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
5. Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
6. Able to travel when required
7. Be Proficient in Oral and Written English
8. Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision.
9. A good sense of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
