Key Role:
Assist the Army client with the development of plans and operations for an annual command post exercise (CPX) and prepare, coordinate, authenticate, review, and publish written operation orders, correspondence, and operations plans. Experience incorporating and applying the use of ATP 3-35, AR 525-93, FORSCOM 55-1, and ATP 5-2-1
Experience working at or with an Installation Transportation Office (ITO), Corps Transportation Office (CTO), Division Transportation Office (DTO), and Composition III (COMPO III) Deployment and Distribution Support Teams (DDST)
Knowledge of the Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES)
Knowledge of TC-AIMS II introduction, access, and functions
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Graduate of the Unit Movement Officer (UMO) Deployment Planning Course

Key Role:
Apply a broad understanding of how to organize diverse groups to build a shared understanding of complex challenges, and facilitate collective problem-solving, analysis, and implementation of new solutions and best practices. Develop exercise plans and directives through the application of operational art and operational design, and by using the Joint Planning Process (JPP) through the Joint Exercise Life cycle (JELC). Provide input to briefings, transition concepts to execution, and coordinate Joint operational planning in support of training and exercises. Provide input to address shortfalls, prioritize and validate requirements, and modify planning efforts based on the changing Cyberspace environment. Monitor and review strategies, doctrine, directives, and instructions related to education and training of the Joint Cyberspace Operations Force and make recommendations to ensure compliance and consideration in planning efforts and directed wargames, as required. Contribute to data analysis to design relevant, accurate, and realistic exercise materials that result in improved organizational mission performance. Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with JPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats
