Project Management
•Oversee project/s, directing and coordinating human and material resources throughout the life of a project by using modern management techniques to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, specifications, and impact participation satisfaction.
• Involvement includes pre-construction activities, construction administration, technical management, and post-construction, together with the client’s priorities, working and supervising alongside the consultants to achieve the targets.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to define project stage priorities to ensure timely deliverance ofproject/s and within cost. • Procurement and resource planning for timely intervention at various stages of construction at the site.
• Introduce value engineering where necessary and applicable for cost-effectiveness but without compromising the structural integrity or aesthetic of design intend.
• Involve with pre-tender planning to contribute to the feasibility and viability of methodology and execution of the project to obtain optimal cost efficiency and competitiveness. Contract Administration
• Perform pre and post-contract administration matters, cost analysis, and assessment including pre and post-contract administration matters, cost analysis, and assessment including pretender planning.
• Interpretation of contract, resolving contractual disputes, managing contract documentation, and contractual claims.
• Preparation and monitoring of project schedules, timescales, cost budget, cash flow, and budgetary projections according to projected and the actual course of the project.
• Resource planning, procurement and monitoring to maintain and keep check with the project’s budget.
• Have good business acumen and communication skills to negotiate with all levels of resources and clients to secure the best business deals.
