1. Payroll Checker 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible to check all payroll payments which includes salary, incentives, OT, statutory payments and other allowances.

• To provide advice, counsel and resolution on a broad range of employee’s issues, related policy integration and interpretation, work conditions and Labour Law compliance.

Job Summary:      
As a Project Executive at Oligo, you will be responsible for managing multiple HRMS implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. • To Perform monthly statutory submissions to government authorities (LHDN,KWSP,SOSCO) and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
• To handle full procedure for foreign workers application, permit renewal, check out memo, fomema, etc.
• Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
• Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports.
• Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
• Attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.

Job Requirements:

• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.
• Ability to protect company information and interests at all times.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• Full time position.
• Working location in Midvalley.

Qualifications: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience: Minimum 2 years (Required)
