5. Vendor Management:

• Supervise out-source vendors in their regular maintenance tasks and ad-hoc repairs.

6. Communication:

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including immediate superior, Building Manager, and clients, to ensure alignment of goals and smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and with the Building Manager, ensure that the systems are operated within the design efficiencies and smoothly.
