We are hiring a Senior Windows Administrator / Test Lab Manager to join a high performing agile team using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to support a highly complex and fast-paced program. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing daily system administration and O&M support activities in support of a complex network environment with geographically distributed systems. The position entails supporting system engineering requests to meet operational needs, as well as engineering, deploying, and maintaining capabilities that are new to the environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring test and development infrastructure systems, applications, and processes, and for ensuring that all issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. The environment includes Microsoft-based servers, databases, and workstations as well as VMware and Linux server instances and an extensive network infrastructure (LAN and WAN). The candidate will also manage and maintain system backups and instances as well as explore opportunities to automate and optimize program systems. Additional responsibilities include:
Maintaining a complex server-based enclave, including mitigation from performing system scans, vulnerability management activities, and active directory configuration.
Identifying and correcting hardware and software issues.
Providing technical assistance to companion work groups in support of overlapping projects and maintaining good inter-departmental relations.
Participating in the creation and ongoing maintenance of documentation ensuring that clear, concise, and accurate information is readily available to assist with incident resolution.
Communicating with users and publishing status of any system outages, as needed.

This position is to manage regional network system that involve design , implementation , support and alignment with HQ in governance rules.
• Manage active directory, server, server virtualization, Cisco switches and routers.
• Manage User Accounts on Azure AD for all Office 365 Services.
• Manage and Monitor Cloud Infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Assist in network design and implementation.
• Lead network and cybersecurity projects such as Prisma Access, MFA and global AD server integration.
• Manage and Monitor Cybersecurity related administration works.
• Support HQ in strengthening global IT Governance
• Plan and execute networking and infrastructure setup.
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
• Support implementation of specified global IT systems in overseas companies, especially in terms of infrastructure and IT security
• Ability to provide specific detailed specification for hardware and software selection.
• Perform analysis of system performance and capacity trends and make recommendations.
• Perform network operations and management, including incidence response and problem management.
• Expected to manage region networks with minimal travel needed
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in IT or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience as network engineer in a MNC environment.
• Good project management experience in implementing network and Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of executing systems integration and infrastructure deployment.
• Solid hands-on practical experience in managing enterprise firewalls, routers, switches, proxy servers, domain name servers (DNS), bandwidth management system, IPS/IDS and server/platform system.
• MCSE certification a plus
• CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP certification a plus

Requirements:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military, managing a team of 10 or more) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD
Experience managing P&L (required)
Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
