Job Description

• Handling all related documentation related to foreign workers.
• To process Payroll, calculate and process employee wages, salaries, utilities bill and deductions. Verify and input time records and other compensation elements.
• To prepare documentations on foreign worker matters such as Immigration, JTK, Fomema and KLN documents.
• To assist in all immigration and embassy matters such as passport, permit renewals and check-out memos as well as work permit cancellations due to resignations or abscondment.
• To assist on foreign workers permit renewal, Fomema medical check-up, Insurance & etc.
• To bring foreign workers to the hospital, clinic or bank, whenever required.
• To perform other related duties assigned by superior from time to time.
• Able to start immediately will be an advantage.

• 處理薪資單，計算和處理員工薪資、薪水、水電費和扣除額。驗證並輸入時間記錄和其他補償要素。
• 準備有關外籍工人事宜的文件，例如移民、JTK、Fomema 和 KLN 文件。
• 協助處理所有移民和大使館事務，例如護照、許可證續約和退房備忘錄以及因辭職或潛逃而取消的工作許可證。
• 協助外籍勞工許可證更新、Fomema體檢、保險等。
• 如有需要，帶外籍工人到醫院、診所或銀行。
• 執行上級不時指派的其他相關職責。
