Job Descriptions

• Assist in updating of the current ICT asset database.
• Develop mechanism to track the deployment and return/termination of the tablets.
• Change management for upcoming FY2023/24 and manage the deployment of clients’ tablets that will be replaced by the new tablets.
• Respond to emails and set up FAQs on tech-related queries received through support mechanism with members of public.
• Review of mechanism to automate staff/ members of public's request for resetting of IT tools, eLetter passwords and creation of account.
• Provide project support such as raising of change requests for application and system changes.
• Assist in the tracking of completion of system accounts and privileged activities log review.

Job Requirements

• Only Singaporean need to apply.
• Diploma in Information Technology is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft application, mobile app, network, and server systems.
