Responsibilities

• Conceptualise innovative campaigns to promote awareness and adoption of Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Develop and implement campaign strategy, creatives, digital content and social media plans to engage key target audiences and nudge desirable behaviour (e.g. spark conversations online, garner wide reach and engagement across all channels and drive action/conversion).
• Manage and track campaign deliverables, budget and performance, working closely with creative and media buy agencies.
• Manage procurement of various services and vendors to support campaign
• Coordinate and follow up with inter-agency workgroup representatives to prepare meeting agenda, presentations, updates, minutes of meeting
• Support other marketing campaigns and Public Relations work as needed to support organisation’s mission to support families as they journey through life

Requirements

• Degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing Communications and Graphic Design
• PR/ Media relations (preferred but not mandatory)

You will be part of our team preparing and executing events and programmes in 2024. You will also be involved in other events that are taking place during the period of your tenure. The relevant support required from you includes:

• Provide Logistics, administrative and protocol support for events and visits.
• Communicating internally and externally for administrative tasks, adhering to established timelines.
• Supervision of vendors, ensuring timely completion of delivery/collection schedules.
• Undertake various tasks and responsibilities within the team.
• Managing event logistics inventory.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen with Degree
• Having initiative with good attention to detail and a committed team player.
• Good organisational, communication, and IT skills. Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Good command of English and oral communication skills.
• Positive work attitude, level-headedness under stress, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent EQ and able to interact with people from all cultures.
• Prior experience in providing support for major events will be an advantage but is not necessary.
