We are looking for an Administrative Executive, who will provide administrative support to Partners and Assurance practices.
In this role, you will:
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Assurance department, including but not limited to:
· Assist in client take on and engagement processes
· Assist in client portfolio management
· Provide service proposal and billing support to the practice teams
· Managing meeting schedules and appointments
· Preparing and disseminating correspondences, memos, reports, and forms
· Assist in administrative and office support duties as necessary or assigned
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Assurance department
· Assist in client take on and engagement processes
· Assist in client portfolio management
We are looking for people with the following:
· Preferably 3 to 5 years’ experience in secretarial and administrative duties in a fast-paced professional firms or MNC environment
· Good organisation and time management skills
· Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Ability to multi-task
· Self-motivated, confident, and positive attitude
