RESPONSIBILITIES

  efficient sales tracking.

3. Follow-Up:

• Promptly follow up on inquiries and quotations to ensure customer
  satisfaction.

4. WhatsApp Management:

• Manage SPS WhatsApp for sales and marketing communication with
  professionalism.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members to share information and execute sales
  and marketing plans.

6. Affiliation & Collaboration:

• Seek partnerships with institutes, universities, and organizations to expand
  business networks.

7. Event Participation:

• Represent SPS by attending events, trade shows, or conferences as
  needed.

8. Quotation & Invoice Processing:

• Prepare and process quotations and invoices accurately and timely.

9. Training Support:

• Assist in training registration, confirmation, and certificate issuance for
  participants.

10. HRD Claimable Course Coordination:

• Coordinate HRD Claimable Course applications with HRD Corp.

11. Event Preparation Support:

• Support in preparation for public training and events.

12. Training Preparation Coordination:

• Organize training logistics including venue, materials, registration, and
  certifications.

13. Participant Communication:

• Maintain communication with participants via email, WhatsApp, etc.,
  providing necessary information and support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This internship provides a hands-on learning experience in administrative, finance, and human resources functions within a growing and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with all team members and superiors.

JOB SCOPE

As an Administrative, Finance, and Human Resources Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of business operations and play a vital role in supporting our team in administrative tasks, financial analysis, and HR processes. 

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Administrative:

· Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

· Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

· Managing office supply inventory and ordering as needed.

· Providing general administrative support to the team as required.

· Supporting project management activities and tracking project progress.

Finance:

· Assisting in financial record-keeping and documentation.

· Supporting the finance team in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense reports.

· Collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Human Resources:

· Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

· Supporting onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.

· Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases.

· Supporting HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities and performance management processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. Preferred final semester student.

· Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field.

· Internship Letter, Latest Result Slip, Official University Letter, Resume, and Cover Letter.

· SPM transcript, co-curricular certificate, etc.

· Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide level 1 onsite IT support services to internal users 
• Provide level 1 office computers and desktop applications support for office and remote employees 
• Execute employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, including account and equipment setup and decommissioning. 
• Corporate with System and Network team for Level 2 support case troubleshooting IT assets management according relate policy and guidelines 
• Maintain and monitor computer room equipment's and facilities

Job Requirements:

• English ability Familiar with Microsoft365 solutions and MS Teams collaboration tools Proficient in Windows/Mac OS system operation and hardware maintenance 
• Basic knowledge about network troubleshooting such as ping, telnet etc. 
• Basic knowledge about Window AD, Windows Server, Azure AD and UEM solutions, such as MS EUCM/SCCM, VMware Workspace One, etc. 
• Excellent service awareness, able to do a good job in user satisfaction management, and improve user IT service experience and user satisfaction 
• ITIL certification preferred, with experience in IT technical support for multinational companies.
