主要职责:
- 负责招聘
- 与相关机构保持联系,确保公司遵守当地劳工法和相关法定要求。
- 负责每月的工资处理和管理。
- 更新和维护员工个人档案、人力资源记录、公司政策和指令。
- 按时进行月度法定申报工作,向政府机构(LHDN、KWSP、SOSCO)提交申报,并确保始终遵守所有法定要求。
- 处理外籍员工申请、许可证续签、离职备忘录、FOMEMA等全部程序。
- 准备每月和年度公司人力资源、工资和相关人力资源报告。
- 执行人力资源内部控制政策和程序,以与公司方向保持一致。
- 解答员工有关人力资源政策和程序的问题。
- 执行上级/管理层指派的其他临时职责。
工作要求:
- 流利的英语、普通话和马来语口语和书写能力。
- 在任何时候都能保护公司信息和利益。

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for Recruitment
- To be responsible for monthly payroll processing and administration.
- To maintain update & maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company policies and directives.
- To Perform monthly statutory submissions to government authorities (LHDN,KWSP,SOSCO) and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
- To handle full procedure for foreign workers application, permit renewal, check out memo, fomema, etc.
- Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company’s compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
- Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports.
- Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
- Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
Job Requirements:
- Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.
- Ability to protect company information and interests at all times.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Full time position.
- Working location in Midvalley.
Qualifications: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Required)
