• Issue of invoice and receipt for school fee and billings to parents and attend to their queries on the billings
• Record billings and receipts in accounting system
• Follow up on outstanding invoices with parents and other debtors

As a Compliance Executive, Corporate Governance (ESG), he/she will play a pivotal role in implementing and coordinating the Compliance and Governance initiatives and programmes to ensure good governance in the organisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the governance strategies, compliance policies and procedures that align with the organisational objectives and goals, regulatory requirements and industry standards and best practices
• Provide support in design of the data governance and security framework, policies and roadmap
• Implement processes to monitor and improve data governance across various systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive Director will work closely with the Senior Divisional Director (SDD) / Divisional Director (DD) and Family Service (FS) Heads to assess and address issues affecting the division/ organization. He/She will oversee operations of the centres, providing executive direction for program strategies and efficiencies, compliance, and quality assurance; identify and address staffing requirements for efficient operations, and maintain a strong work culture that attracts and retains people while driving the organisation’s mission; and ensure compliance with all regulations.

• Carry out the mission and vision of the organisation.
• Supervise staff to ensure that the centre meets requirements set by MSF or any other ministries.
• Direct the planning and implementation of new programmes.

Reporting to Senior/Manager (Finance), the key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Job Description:

• Responsible for full set of accounts of the schools/entities assigned, including the preparation of monthly management accounts with variance analysis
• Responsible for all audit and tax filing matters
