Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Church Office and Sunday Services
- Assist the Administrator in day-to-day matters
- Generate and prepare reports ie TRAC Statistical Report, Local Conference Reports, etc
- Provide support for baptism and membership process
- Maintain accurate baptism and membership database
- Assist in enhancing the church’s online presence, and presence in the neighbourhood
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, schedule meetings, purchase supplies, respond to email enquiries, designing and updating publicity collaterals, and any other administrative work
- Screen phone calls / emails and route the party to the appropriate staff
- Greet and assist visitors/vendors
- Assist with payment of vendors
- Any other tasks assigned by Pastor-In-Charge or Administrator
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
- Some prior administrative experience and open to learning
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, WordPress, Canva, etc
- Bilingual in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good knowledge of PDPA
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Good written and communication skills
- Resourceful with good interpersonal skills
- Committed and meticulous
- Prepared to work 5.5 days
