You role will include (but not limited to):

• Assisting the manager in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, Annual Return filings, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients;
• Assisting in conducting client due diligence (KYC);
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients; and

Responsible for daily generation of customer invoices for Amcor Rigid Packaging North America Business Units. Assisting the Sales Accounting team with other accounting functions.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Generate Customer invoices through SAP, process includes reviewing the billing due list, print, mail, email, and enter on various customer portals as necessary.
