School Officer ( 6 months contract, $15/hr)

Location: Tampines

Working Hours:Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Friday7:00am to 4:00pm

Job Description

• Take attendance of students who report after 7.30 am,
• Attend to unwell students who are sent by their teachers to the Holding Area
• calling the student’s parent to fetch their child to see a doctor
• Monitor the students waiting for their parents at the Holding Area, to ensure that the students are safe and accounted for
• cyber patrol to monitor and identify social media posts by our students, and report posts that are of concern to HOD Student Management:
• deployed to supervise students serving detention, according to schedule planned
• Design and implement lesson package to educate students:
• patrol outside the school after dismissal time - patrol the neighbourhood to monitor students’ behaviour, disperse groups of our students who may be gathering around the neighbourhood, and advise students to go home.

Requirement

• Preferably at least GCE ‘O’ Level qualifications
• Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in similar position and preferably in a School Environment. Working experience in Police Force /Security Services would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel. PowerPoint and Words, and be IT savvy
• Meticulous, responsible and familiar with Cyber Patrol
• Competent in the use of social media
• Able to work independently as well as able to communicate clearly and patiently to students and parents
• Candidates must be Physically and medically fit

Survey Experience Officer

• Salary: $3,000 allowance
• Working hours: 44 hours per week (5 days work week from Monday-Sunday)
• Work location: Nearest station - Clarke Quay/ Chinatown/ Novena

Job Description:

• Complete survey via phone and field visit
• Schedule interview appointments with respondents
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents
• Data entry for completed surveys
• Status update report to supervisor
• Deliver highest level of customer experience and ensure a good survey experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

1. Able to work in fast-paced environment

2. Able to speak / communicate fluently

3. Experience in KPI positions

4. Proficient in excel (VLOOKUP, Filter functions)
