About the role

This role reports to the head of the design department. We are seeking a Product designer manager in shaping the user experience and driving product innovation across our diverse range of financial services. As a Product Design Manager, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on design expertise to guide your team in delivering best-in-class products that meet the needs of our users while adhering to regulatory standards. Also, the Core platform has 6 business lines, like : Account, Compliance, P2P, Finnaill product, Asset, Customer Genius.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for building and leading a group of product designers to execute our strategic roadmap and level up our global products. You will work collaboratively with peers in Product and Engineering to foster a data and research-driven design culture across the company. The ideal candidate will have successfully led a design team in a previous role, shipped a complex global product to a large user base, and fostered a spirit of learning and teamwork amongst their peers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years experience as a product designer, with more than 2 years experience in people management, special global designer team, with a proven track record of sourcing and growing talent within an organization
• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic business thinking, ambitious creative solutions, and cross-platform brand consistency
• Proven success designing and shipping high-quality, impactful, end-to-end experiences as a design lead and/or manager
• You have the ability to recognize great design work and inspire others to achieve higher levels of excellence
• Excellent leadership, project management, and people management skills, and proven ability to mentor and develop junior designers
• Proven success shaping design processes and environments to empower individual contributors to do their best work
• The ability to mentor and foster the talent and skill sets of a team of designers. This includes magnifying individual strengths, while also coaching for areas of improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing executives and evangelizing to stakeholders

As the APAC Content Designer Lead, you will lead and manage teams to ensure our products and features are valuable for people, businesses and communities, are easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you will be working cross-functionally with partners in product design, UX research, product management, engineering, and marketing, to define the strategy, operations, and communications that guide the team to build great products addressing real user needs. • Coach Content Design Managers to increase their impact, develop their strengths and grow their careers
• Become a trusted, strategic partner to product stakeholders by communicating and demonstrating the value of content design, and by delivering insights that lead to demonstrable business value
• Shape team strategy, identifying risks and prioritizing opportunities
• Identify gaps and solutions for future growth and scale within the team or org
• Build a diverse and inclusive environment across the team, model inclusive behaviors, and hold managers accountable
• Drive team execution, culture, and process across the content design team
• Have a point-of-view about strategic decisions, using insights from the team
• Understand how to influence stakeholders and leaders to implement the best ideas

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in direct managing and coaching, building teams over time through hiring, growing, and retaining high-performing employees
• Experience working with a variety of cross-functional peers and stakeholders (e.g., product managers, data scientists, product designers, researchers, engineers, policy, communications, marketing)
• Experience influencing product strategy with cross function partners
• Experience establishing a Content Design, or similar, team within an established organization

• Writing clear specification documents and obtaining sign-off.
• Configuring automated underwriting rulebook changes.
• Deploying rulebooks to the business unit and support local SIT and UAT as required.
• Supporting deployment to production.
• Ensuring proper governance is followed.
• Working to tight project timelines and meet key 2024 milestones.
• Working effectively in a matrix organization with regional and local team members and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related field
