• Deal directly with customers via inbound calls and email inquiries.

• Demonstrate reasonably strong analytical skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.

• Up-selling and Cross-selling of devices and rate plans.

Salary Package:
- RM2000 basic + RM6000 - RM8000 commission.

Personal Assistant + Telemarketer

Responsibilities:

- Providing full support to the Wealth Planner

- Implementing business development strategies

- Administrative work and run errands occasionally

- Arrange consultations via telemarketing through clients, referrals and leads that are provided

- Upkeep professional after-sales servicing to ensure good relationship with retail and institutional clients

Requirements:

- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels

- Possess strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills
