1. Providing advice for new product to our Customer.

2. Responsible for the business development with the Customer.

3. Handling Customer queries and technical clarification

4. Have a helicopter view of the project by coordinating with Engineering /design/Production Staff about customer product

5. Ensure every aspect of a new project run smoothly by preparing the required documents based on standard operation procedure (SOP)

6. Carter to customer needs and take proactive action to the team by making decisive action via considering all aspect beforehand

7. Be the voice of the customer within production line.

8. Improve the coverage of customer as help to find the standard operation procedure of how to reach customer that never been able to before.

9. Help to prepare the quotations in such a large amount quantity in a short span of time.

10. Preferable experience in Manufacturing Industry are advantage.

Assistant Engineer (Project Management )

Summary:

• Equipment set up for various systems, conduct testing & commissioning

• Follow up with clients in a timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide support and manage project

• Perform troubleshooting & repair / replace faulty parts

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

• Ad hoc duties as required

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma or Degree in Computer Science , Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic or engineering field

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access

• Able work independently and with other both indoor and outdoor locations

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Responsibile for Field Instrument project proposal work and execute the project.

JOBDESCRIPTION:

1. To prepare quotation for field Instruments i.e. Pressure/Differential Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Flow Meters, Analyzer instruments, Resales items etc.

• Review of RFQ docs and analyse the project requirements.
• Prepare detailed project proposal (Technical & Commercial), ensuring that it is covering all the project requirement and client expectations. Submit the proposal on or before the deadline.
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the tender process
• To execute the project secured.
• Prepare vendor documentations.
• Process the orders to factory once key V-docs e.g. Spec Sheet, GA Dwg, Sizing.
• Follow up delivery from factory and sub-vendors.
• Ensure no delivery delay.
• As-built Documentation.

EDUCATION:

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent OR any diploma holder in engineering.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

1. Process and Instrumentation technical knowledge.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

3. Well versed in MS Excel, PDF, Word, and MS Project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in conceptual and detailed design of mechanical/electrical/BMS engineering works
• Assist Manager in Project planning, budget cost control and execution of Project
• Coordinate with Main Con and other contractors for BMS installation work
• Supervise a group of subcontractors and ensure that works are executed within and acceptable standard of workmanship

• Ensure timely hand – over (delivery) of project while maintaining high quality standard of optimum cost (Cost effectiveness)

• Review the nature of non-conformities detected in product/work and determine the disposition of the non-conformities
• Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning, and testing

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS will be a plus point
