Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Manufacturing
• Position Title: Leader (Group HR & Administration) / Assistant HR Manager
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.15 AM – 5 PM / 9.15 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus + Flexible Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, rules, and procedures.
• Handle all HR processes such as hiring, payroll, rewards, performance evaluation, and training.
• Maintain employee data within the Infotech system.
• Manage work permit applications in line with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) laws.
• Communicate with the union and address staff concerns.
• Produce reports on staffing and recruitment, along with other HR metrics.
• Oversee the department’s office and administrative tasks.
• Organize and manage purchasing and payment processing through SAP.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
