Responsibilities
• Providing office day to day admin support
• Task to configure other IT devices
• In charge of doing devices exchanges and redemptions
• Assist the team in communicating with the status of the outstanding tasks
• Handling customer complains
• Learning the Singtel system and assisting customer needs and enquiries
• Weekly stock counts
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
• Minimum qualification, Higher Nitec
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively
• Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment
