We have an exciting new role for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in our Headquarters in Stoke on Trent.
As an Internal Recruitment Consultant at KPI Recruitment, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and selecting top talent to join our dynamic team. Working closely with hiring managers and department heads, you will play a key role in building a high-performing workforce that aligns with our company's strategic objectives and values.
What will the role entail?
• Managing end to end recruitment for all internal roles
• Advertising roles, screening candidates via phone, arranging interviews, managing offers of employment and feedback.
• Building relationships and networking with potential candidates
• Keeping hiring managers and stakeholders up to date
• Providing a great experience for candidates throughout the process
• Reference checks for all new employees
• Sending out offer letters and contracts of employment
• Monitoring Health and Safety
• HR System management profile creation, including working time patterns
• Setting up new start log ins
• Induction preparation for new starters
• Induction compliance
• HR Administration
• Supporting with employee engagement
What we are looking for:
• Previous recruitment experience
• Experience building and maintaining relationships

The Business Risk team
Our team helps organisations tackle issues around governance, risk, and controls so that they can make strategic and risk-informed decisions. We support financial institutions and other businesses by conducting internal audits, assessing the effectiveness of their internal audit teams, reviewing internal controls, advising on regulatory compliance, and improving governance through enterprise risk management.

During peak periods, our team work closely together and support one another to bring value to clients in a timely manner. The role
In this role, you will work closely with the team to plan and execute projects and you will play a key role in the successful delivery of services to clients. You will gain experience in a great variety of work under the coaching of your leaders. As you grow and develop as a business risk professional, you will be given the autonomy to work independently and to guide junior members of the team. The seniority of role offered will be determined by relevant experience and skills.
