The Opportunity

• We are looking for a Salesforce Developer cum Admin
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• 2-3 years of similar experience
• Basic SQL knowledge preferred
• Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications preferred

Job Description

• - Salesforce Administration: Maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, and access controls across different Salesforce instances (e.g., Global vs. Regional Salesforce).
• - Salesforce Development: involved in designing/developing custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• - Support sales teams in accessing CRM for lead generation, including configuring and customizing
• - Potentailly taking part in transitioning manual process to automation
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• - Potential engagement in Marketing platform project, leveraging Salesforce integrations.
• - Address technical admin requests and resolve issues independently
• - Mix of technical/admin responsibilities (70-30 split).
