Your new role
● To support the implementation of HR policies and procedures through the management of ER casework, and escalating cases to the Regional HR Manager when appropriate.
● To coach and advise the leadership team and middle leaders through HR processes and procedures.

The role you'll do:
As an Inbound Customer Sales Advisor you'll be an ambassador for our market-leading brand.
