Objectives:
The selected candidate will be part of a business that is a market leader in the bearings industry that is expanding across SEA. Reporting to the Business Manager in Singapore HQ, the successful candidate will have high opportunities for organic growth within assigned markets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sales in the assigned market region and a key point of contact for leads, exploring potential sales, and developing the sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities and develop new Accounts.
- Drive sales, monitor & track, and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and submit quotations/proposals/tenders.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accordingly.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure continuous growth.
- Expand market share with existing and new customers.
- Enhance value-added selling approach.
- Provide quality after-sales service to customers.
Job Requirements
- Candidates with a Diploma/Degree, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, are preferred.
- Sales experience and a proven track record of relevant accomplishment in the Automotive/industrial business sector are preferred.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Organized, Structured, Presentable, and Professional.
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with different levels of customers.
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
