As a Warehouse Assistant under the Singapore Replenishment Centre, you will be tasked to assist in ensure accuracy of inventory of final product through various warehouse activities including receiving , picking and packing of goods. Ensure accuracy of records of inbound and outbound goods.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Picking and packing
• Receiving/inspecting goods and verifying items against the shipment record
• Gathering, verifying, and packing items for shipment according to specifications and the applicable transportation method
• Recording received and shipped items
• Perform accurate receipt in receiving, picking, verifying, scanning, labeling, palletizing and releasing of Finished Goods

Job Description

• Manage the entire fulfillment cycle, from order release to physical delivery, including credit block release and validating customer PO pricing.
• Ensure accurate and timely order entries by the warehouse team.
• Monitor and ensure on-time delivery by transporters based on agreed schedules.
• Handle delivery operation escalations with CSPL appointed partners and channel sales managers.
• Manage returns by completing PRA documentation for credit notes release.

Support day-to-day BCP coordination, ownership of plans and management of planning readiness.

Manage project conversion including but not limited to material phase-in/phase-out assessment, readiness of phase-in materials, mitigation of phase-out exposure risk. Planning for Raw Materials by maintaining safety inventory levels and replenishing based on MRP requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project management (communicate, run weekly conversion meetings, manage label/packout changes, upsizing, codes creation, master data maintenance)
2. Ensure master data readiness and timely conversions.
3. BCP related shipment arrangement and shipping documents for customer
4. Raw Material planning and optimization
5. FG Shipment coordination (including SO creation, and shipment tracking)
6. Analyze SAP purchase requisitions and convert to PO’s on timely basis for Raw Materials
7. Manage exception such as expedites and postponements and present weekly exception reporting.
8. Be the data owner for these materials.
9. Daily interaction with Production Planners to provide updates on raw material availability.
10. Ensure accuracy of Supplier Shipping and Order documentation.
11. Ensure accuracy and maintenance of Safety Stock and Order Policy settings
12. Meet inventory and material planning metrics.
13. Identify and manage opportunities to optimize SAP functionality
14. Provide accurate and timely feedback in relation to Inventory in Risk (MIRA)
15. Lead and implement projects for inventory optimization and process improvements
16. Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and collaborate with procurement team to resolve issues
17. Participate in development and implementation of new area processes and improvements

PRE-REQUISITES

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory, Accounting or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related Supply Chain (demand or raw materials planning) or Operations role.
• Strong operational experience in a dynamic multinational organization
• Experience working closely with third parties and colleagues in remote locations to deliver business objectives an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks
• Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
• Knowledge in demand planning and understand master data setup
• Possess knowledge of SAP MM module
• Knowledge of SAP PP module will be an advantage
• Strong Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office
• Excellent analytical skill, with proven ability in problem solving and quick decision making
• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill in, both verbal and written
