• Oversee the management Conduct regular inspections of the Property on the cleanliness and ensure upkeep of general housekeeping of the site.
• Prepare specifications for quotations.
• Update promptly and ensure proper closure of cases on CMMS
• Monitor Key Performance Indicator
• Ensure compliance to all Service Level Agreement
• Oversee on the tenancy management for the property
• Any other duties assign by the Agency

Job Requirements:

• Estate/Facilities Management or other relevant fields from a recognized tertiary establishment with minimum 8 years relevant working experience in providing facilities management services.
• Good knowledge in Building Maintenance, Property Management and Mechanical/Electrical system.
