**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team and play a crucial role in our engineering projects. The Drafter will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings for submission within specified deadlines, maintaining current drawings, and assisting in project design and development activities. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD for both 2D sketching and 3D modeling, along with a meticulous and organized approach to work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Prepare ACMV engineering drawings using AutoCAD, including both 2D sketches and 3D models.
Assist project engineers and project managers in generating drawings and submissions.
Maintain and record drawing files, managing and issuing drawing documents as required.
Support project engineers, project managers, and tender managers in cost calculation processes.
Analyze design issues and propose corrective actions, as well as recommend improvements to existing designs.
Prepare design layouts, sketches, and other necessary drawings in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
Review and discuss rough sketches with the engineering team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare architectural working drawings, including detailed submissions, tender, and construction drawings.
Demonstrate proficiency in 2D works, focusing on creative design drawings such as layout plans, M&E, and detail drawings.

**Job Requirements:**

Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant fields, with experience in the construction industry being advantageous.
Strong communication and correspondence skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD software for drafting and modeling purposes.
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized in managing drawing files and documents.
Energetic and positive-minded individual, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.
