Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily live streaming operations, including planning and executing live marketing activities, ensuring smooth live stream processes, and adhering to scheduled start times.
- Monitor and evaluate host performance based on metrics such as CTR, Enter-room rate, average view durations, and transaction performance.
- Implement necessary actions and adjustments to optimize live stream plans.
- Oversee the complete sales and marketing strategy for the TikTok ecommerce channel including daily marketing activities, big promotion, campaigns and so on.
- Enhance product visuals and keywords to elevate product exposure and attract more traffic.
- Ensure the effective setup and progression of each live stream, providing guidance to hosts and moderators on key highlights.
- Plan products and promotions in alignment with platform campaigns (Super Brand Day, Category Day, Payday campaign, Double Date campaign, etc.).
- Research on competitors marketing execution and plan necessary improvement strategy.
- Prepare and analyse reports for improvement plan.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience managing live streaming operations, leading hosts and operators.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Capable of working independently and being on standby as needed.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
