• Ability to run and understand Sandbox Static Analysis.
• Track and update incidents and requests based on client’s updates and analysis results.
• Investigating, documenting, and reporting on any information security (InfoSec) issues as well as emerging trends.
• Assist the Level 2 with monthly and ad-hoc reporting - responsible for completing statistical and status reports, as well as providing fast and timely responses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preform variance investigation, verification and reporting on regular basis
• Completion of reports with high accuracy on time
• Responsible in product costing and cost accounting
• Assist in performing weekly & monthly variance analysis, cost and  profitable analysis
• To analyse cost for costing purposes, monitor changes in manufacturing process to determine the impact on profitability

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in costing system development;
• Strong in interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Medium-high level of excel proficiency – V/H/X lookups and Pivot Tables is a must and preferable knowledge or experience in BI tools (Power BI / Power Query) will be an advantage;
• Presentation skills with PowerPoint

要求：

• 至少擁有會計、金融或相關領域的學士學位文憑並具有專業資格。
• 熟悉UBS會計系統。
• 至少擁有 5 年會計助理或會計主管經驗。
• 具備基本簿記程序的良好知識。
• 熟悉帳戶標準、稅法、填寫流程。
• MS Office、會計軟體和資料庫方面的高級電腦技能。
• 組織和多任務技能。
• 注重細節和準確性。
• 有 GST 或 SST 經驗
• 能夠處理敏感、機密資訊。

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling full set of accounts (AR, AP and month end closing)
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the overall accounting and financial functions
• Ensure proper maintenance and filing of records and documents
• Responsible for keeping a proper record and asset tagging of the company assets
• Process employee's claims
• Able to conduct and maintain vendor registration
• Maintain and keep track of employee leave, attendance/ absenteeism record
• Taking care of the office stationery, office refreshments, office administration, and general affairs issues
• Attend to ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time

Qualifications

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
