- Conducts, reviews and provides expert analysis regarding demand/supply chain performance issues and when required coordinates with functional process analysts and subject-matter specialists throughout the enterprise.
- Identifies demand/supply chain issues and develops proposals for new or revised process structures to improve performance effectiveness.
- Utilizes available Information Technology (IT) systems to extract and analyze DoD and DLA transactional data from DLA’s IT system of record and related data warehouses, tables, and resources.
- Analyzes data regarding past, present, and projected demand/supply chain activity.
- Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates implementation of accepted proposals for improving KPIs, metrics, and other demand/supply chain performance critical data to ensure the demand/supply chain area is meeting its performance targets
- Identifies trends and other factors adversely affecting performance.
- Recommends improvements based on analyses and/or trends.
- Advises and assists senior management and enterprise Leadership in defining performance.
