Job Responsibilities:

• Internal coordination with sales, finance, warehouse, haulage, transport, operations department and other related department and external parties to fulfil agent’s or customer’s requirements.
• Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with customers, agents, liners and co-loaders.

Position Summary:

The role of an Operations Executive in freight forwarding is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from one location to another. Operations Executives in this field are responsible for managing various aspects of the logistics process, from the initial booking to the final delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day coordination, execution and tracking of sea import, export as well as transshipments.
• Liaise with oversea offices and agents.
• Prepare of essential shipping documentation on a daily basis.
• Follow up and updating customers on their import/export shipments.
• Communicate with carriers, terminals, customs brokers, truckers and oversea agents.
• Ensure all shipment documentations are compliant with customs rules and regulations.
