 Analyst would be part of 24x7 Cyber Security Operations function to performsecurity monitoring and
incident response, data loss prevention, vulnerability management, threat intelligence and threat hunting.
 Perform monitoring, research, assessment and analysis on alerts from various security tools, includingIDPS
tools, SIEM, Anomaly detection systems, firewalls, antivirus systems, user behaviour analytics tools, endpoint
inspection, and proxy devices.
 Follow pre-defined actions to investigate possible security incidents or performincident response actions,
includingescalating to other support groups.
 Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.
 Manage threat intelligence function encompassing threat intelligence feeds data collection, adversary

 Ensure proper functioningof systems in the Security Operations Centre.

Education and Technical Requirement
 1-2 year of working experience minimumin IT environment.
 Diploma/Degree in Information System/Information Security from a recognized institution. Strong
knowledge on TCP/IP, Networking,Operating Systems and Cyber Security Concepts.
 Strong level of experience with and understanding of firewalls, Antivirus and endpoint detection.
 Good workingknowledge of Linux including the ability to run command lines, editingfiles and scripting.
 Knowledge of commonly-accepted information security principles and practices, as well as techniques
attackers would use to identify vulnerabilities, gain unauthorized access, escalate privileges and access
restricted information.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cyber Security Engineer specializing in Endpoint to join our professional services team. As a Cyber Security Engineer (Endpoint), you will play a critical role in protecting our clients' endpoints and ensuring the security of their sensitive data. You will be responsible for implementing and managing endpoint security solutions, conducting threat assessments, and providing expertise in mitigating endpoint-based threats.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, and maintain endpoint security solutions to safeguard client endpoints from cyber threats.
• Implement endpoint security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Configure and manage endpoint security technologies, such as antivirus/anti-malware software and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure endpoint configurations and deployment of new devices and applications.
• Stay updated with the latest endpoint security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and proactively recommend and implement appropriate countermeasures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the incident response team during endpoint security incidents and investigations.
• Document endpoint security configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, EC-Council Certified Endpoint Protection Specialist) are highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint security technologies, such as antivirus/anti-malware software, IDS/IPS, and EDR tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint security management platforms and tools (Symantec Endpoint Protection, CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender).
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and their security features.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization of endpoint security solutions.
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (NIST, CIS) and their application in endpoint security.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve endpoint security issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
