The role

As a Fleet Maintenance Quality Auditor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll ensure the company's fleet and services meet certain standards and comply with industry regulations.

Day to day, you'll be part of the Engineering team conducting quality control on vehicles, checking all job cards and paperwork meet industry standards, maintaining and updating the Quality Management system, measure the fleet compliance, financial performance, vehicle maintenance, employee safety and safety training.

• Physically inspect all types of vehicles and equipment to ensure that maintenance, modification or ad-hoc repairs have been carried out to the highest standards
• Ensure that where required by the Client and/or the Company, all asset modifications and associated documentation are designed and implemented to meet the operational, safety, reliability, quality and cost requirements specified by the Client and/or the Company, and to optimise the balance between quality and cost
• Identify trends found during audits and compile associated reports and communications for internal distribution and where necessary, the Client and help to reduce vehicle downtime
• Remain up to date with local and national transport and vehicle regulations and industry standards
• Investigate and resolve any non - compliance issues, implementing corrective measures and preventive actions as necessary

Essential experience of the Fleet Maintenance Quality Auditor

• Fleet engineering experience essential or working within a transport environment
• Industry Experience within Quality Control
• High level of computer literacy across MS Office

This is a full-time role based on-site in Ruislip, West London.

Qualifications for the Fleet Maintenance Quality Auditor

• NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or City and Guilds or relevant HGV Technician experience
• Full UK driving licence class C

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit medical claims for accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines and billing regulations
• Identify and rectify coding errors and discrepancies
• Ensure proper charge entry for services rendered
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues
• Provide education and training to coding and billing teams regarding documentation and coding guidelines
• Maintain knowledge of current coding and billing regulations and industry updates
• Liaison between Revenue Cycle and the managed care payors in the escalation of revenue cycle issues that prevent NM from realizing correct reimbursement in accordance with the managed care contracts.
• Collaborates with many internal departments to gather payor issues to escalate and work with payor to resolve. Internal departments include but are not limited to: Patient Accounting, Access, UM, QU, Compliance, Legal, Risk management, clinical areas, IT, Medical Records, CVO, Quality.
• Works with external Revenue Cycle Vendors and consultants when directed to for project work or resolution of payor issues.
• Responsible for validating contract rates and rate language loaded into EPIC in conjunction with MC Specialist prior to contracts being uploaded into the live environment.
• Responsible for understanding the terms of the managed care contracts assigned to be able to assist other areas when needed.
• Investigates issues to understand root cause and makes recommendations for resolutions.
• Responsible for holding regularly scheduled meetings with Revenue Cycle to review outstanding payor issues.
• Responsible for coordinating monthly payor meetings with Revenue Cycle teams and payor representatives to bring issues to resolution.
• Performs special projects related to AR or payor contracts as assigned by supervisor.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in charge entry or medical billing/coding/auditing in the US healthcare industry
• Proficient understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding guidelines and procedures
