[What the role is]

The Procurement and Administration Services Division (PASD) ensures the integrity of NEA's procurement process and provides stewardship of administration services. The Progressive Wage Mark (PW Mark) is an accreditation scheme under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) that recognises eligible firms that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers.

Responsibilities - Fuel Sales

1. Be fully responsible for day-to-day operations, ensure refilling kiosks performance and provide leadership to team members and peers.
2. Ensure continuity of 24-7 business operations, anticipate exceptions and introduce effective measures to mitigate disruption(s).
3. Identifying new initiatives to meet business objectives, optimize resources, driving the resolution of issues and holding self and team accountable for results.
4. Lead or participate in multiple objectives concurrently, adjusting schedules when necessary, determining daily priorities and ensure efficient and on-time delivery of tasks and milestones, following proper escalation paths and managing stakeholders’ relationships.

Corporate Admin

1. Work with Group Procurements for service contracts administration including preparation of tender specifications, coordinates site visit for contractors, tender clarification, and co-draft contract award for approval by Tender Award Committee.
2. Work with Group Insurance Office for general insurance covering Industrial All Risk, Comprehensive Public & Product Liabilities, Fidelity Guarantee, Cyber Security Insurance, Motor Insurance covering Motor Trade Plates, Motor Trade Internal Risks, Motor Trade External Risks and Company Vehicles.
3. Work closely with Operations relating to Accident / Incident reporting and claims, and be the Point-of-Contact for claims recovery with the insurance companies.
4. Champion for the company’s ECO Office certification. Monitor the water and electricity usage and work with Operations to investigate / rectify the cause of consumption surge.
5. Compilation of CSR activities, certifications & awards to Group Corporate Communications & Sustainability Office.
6. Property management including

a) lease renewal with Government Agencies, Landlords and Tenants

b) handle building inspection requests by Government Agencies

c) monitor and renewal of BCA on Permit-to-Operate for lifts, floor plans and licenses, NEA on canteen license.

d) responsible for the strategic security management, landscaping, cleaning services, maintenance and pest control for all company sites.

Job Requirements

• Degree level or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of leading, managing and developing teams
• Must have experience working in oil & gas business(es) and display strong evident to handle day-to-day operational and manpower demands
