Accounts & Admin Assistant (A/R & A/P)
Responsibilities:
● Update and record accounting transactions including invoices generation
● Generate monthly statement of accounts of customers
● Perform reconciliation of customers’ outstanding payments
● Work with Customer Service team to resolve billing disputes, discrepancies and queries
● Record payments received and knock off against customer aging
● Assist in monthly AR/AP closing
● Prepare monthly AR/AP aging analysis, collection forecast and relevant provisions
● Maintain inventory record
● Perform other duties and assist with other financial function as required
Requirements:
● Possess Diploma in Accounting
● Have relevant experience in Accounts Receivable
● Strong written and oral communication skills
● Team player and adaptable to changes
● Self-motivated, positive attitude, Independent
● Has the initiative to take up challenges and resolve issues
