Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day AR transactions
- Ensure all the receivable transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other relevant reports.
- Liaise with banks for AR related matters.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements: -
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences.
- Ability to work independently and willing to adapt changes.
- Proficient in Excel and knowledge in ERP accounting system will be added advantages.
- Able to handle volume in transactions.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to give opinions and suggestions on work related matters confidently.
- Required language : English and Mandarin
