Job Description

Requirements:‐

•  Candidates must possess at least LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. 
•  At least 1 year working experience  in accounting field. 
•  Computer literate with proficient in MS Office and UBS accounting system.
•  Analytical, mature, diligent and conscientious in meeting deadlines. 
•  Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word. 
•  Full‐Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for daily accounts recording functions.
 Assist in overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records.
 To ensure the accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, journal and
general ledger functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
 Responsible for the timely submission, accuracy and maintenance of financial records.
 Monitor receivables and payments.
 Issuing Debit Notes/Credit Notes, payment vouchers and journal vouchers.
 Assist in preparing overall financial planning and cash flow management.
 Assist to highlight and coordinate the Group’s internal control and risk issues,
identify gaps and recommend areas for improvement.
 Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, listing requirements and any statutory reporting obligations.
 Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial statements including consolidates accounts and prepare reports.
 Assist in handling taxation including preparation of tax estimates.
 Liaise with auditors, tax agents, government and other professional bodies
pertaining to finance matters and reports submission.
 Assist in the management information projects.
 Perform any ad-hoc assignment and reports as and when requested by
Management.

Requirements:
 At least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
 Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in group reporting/consolidation and Bursa reporting experiences.
 Good command of written and spoken English.
 Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
 Adaptive in challenging situations and able to undertake diversified tasks and responsibilities.
 Good team player and able to handle work independently.
 Well versed in MS Office.

要求：
 至少擁有金融/會計文憑/學位或同等學歷。
 至少 3 年相關工作經驗，最好是集團報告/合併及布爾薩報告經驗。
 良好的英語書面和口語能力。
 良好的分析能力和解決問題的能力。
 適應具有挑戰性的情況，能夠承擔多樣化的任務和責任。
 良好的團隊合作精神，能夠獨立處理工作。
 精通 MS Office。

Chrisjac are currently looking for a all-rounder junior Accounting officer to assist with accounts payable and receivable functions on a permanent basis in Kelana Jaya. This position is permanent full time based at Kelana Jaya area. The job role
This is an entry level position open for fresh accounting graduate or those who have acquired 1-2 years of experience in accounting. The role of Accounts Assistant is a permanent full-time position based at Kelana Jaya in PJ. In this role, you will be providing support to the Senior Accounts Executive by looking after accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
The job task will involve:
-Processing of accounting payable and Receivable activities.
-Ensuring debtor and creditor transactions are processed,including data entry input in the system. 
-Validating volume of invoices by entering/data input and coding supplier invoices.
-Reconciling creditor accounts.
-Preparing and raising sales invoices.
-Collection of overdue accounts by telephone and E-mail communication.
-Filing and maintaining accurate accounting records in the system.   
Requirements: Skills & Experience
-Female in age group 21-26; positive outlook, hardworking and pro-active nature.
-LCCI Diploma in Accounting or Book Keeping.
-Preferably have 1-2 years of accounting experience in logistics or any other industries.
-Intermediate to advance level of MS Excel and Word.
-EDI Cargowise experience will be highly regarded although not mandatory.
-Good communicator with proficiency in English and BM is required.
