Job Description:
• Involve in the monthly closing of Accounts and submissions of reports to HQ

• Provide guidance and mentoring of staff in AR Section

• Provide supervision on Medisave/Insurance claims

• Prepares and analyse the monthly attendance and services workload report

• Assist in fee revision for endorsed and non-endorsed fees

• Manage the patient subsidy plans and service codes modification

• Prepare quarterly costing report

• Management of Patient Deposit transactions

• Assist in annual Projection/Budget planning

• Prepares the financial report for Medical Education, Medifund, other major events

• Monitors funding from MOH

• Involve in System implementations

Job Description:

• Responsible for account payable function and liaising with different stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Preparation of monthly management reports including monitoring and analysis of monthly expenditures
• Responsible for application of accounting standards using inhouse systems and tools and ensure accurate monthly reporting
• Preparation of the annual financial statements and annual return
• Responsible for annual corporate tax return of related subsidiary
• Responsible for quarterly GST return
• Assist in the quarterly intercompany reconciliation and consolidation report
• Work closely with both internal and external auditors, tax agents, banks and vendors, etc.
• Involvement in other ad-hoc projects, as and when required
