Job Summary – IUR/Inventory Lab Management

Years of experience needed –

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Engineering Project Specialist to support notebook/desktop PC HW tracking, inventory management, shipping arrangement, IUR distribution and support arrangement.

· Track HW(IUR) shipments

· Logistics - Shipping and receiving, shipment documentation.

· Customs clearance and related issue resolution.

· IUR management related process and communication.

· Distribute IUR and resolve any internal issues from team.

· Execute local IUR borrow & return request comply with policy.

· Maintain inventory of all HW(IUR), include HW recycle implement.

Education and Experience

Knowledge and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support lab management, including

(1) keep analytical chemistry/materials testing lab equipment maintained and operating.

(2) coordinate frequent summarization of lab work and lab facilities.

(3) digitalization of lab analysis result.

• Provide technical support at the Material Science Lab in HP, including

(1) Operate analysis instruments for electronics products, including FTIR/ GCMS/ XRF/ SEM/ EDS/ Real time X-ray radiography/ metallographic sample preparation / Mechanical Testing Systems and Reliability Testing Systems.

(2) Operate metrology equipment – hardness, mechanical testing machines, optical measurement systems

(3) Perform quality, reliability and failure analysis on electronic product assemblies

Qualifications

· Associates degree in engineering, science or related discipline. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials and Mechanical related degree is a plus factor.

· Associating experience in material/chemistry/mechanical/quality lab management is a plus factor.

· Experience in industrial lab environment; proficient in microscopy, manipulation of digital photos and organization of data.

· Have experience in operating analysis machines, including FTIR/ XRF/ SEM/ EDS/ Real time X-ray radiography/ Cross section and polishing equipment / Mechanical Testing Systems orReliability Testing Systems. Experience in SEM operation is a plus factor.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills (in Mandarin) but enough reading skill in English.

This specialist role will be responsible for the validation of all Security information and event management (SIEM) activities, promotion of content to production, ongoing routine maintenance of the security tools and infrastructure.
