JOB SUMMARY
Lead APAC region’s operations as the client’s single point of contact with accountability for all service lines. Assist and support the International Regional Director and CBRE management team in managing all aspects of service provider performance. This position will focus on the client’s real estate service delivery in the APAC region to manage the real estate portfolio and regional relationships within the clients corporate Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) group. This role is highly collaborative and will partner with Tier 1 service delivery managers to drive execution on approved real estate strategies and business operations by Tier 2 suppliers.

OVERVIEW:
a. This position offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of the Mastercard relationship across multiple markets with a global bank.
b. The role drives the annual and multi-year strategic account planning, priority setting and joint strategy development with the customer across multiple markets.

ROLE:
• Develop, maintain and execute annual and multi-year strategic account plan and objectives; manage the relationship and profitability of the customer account directly and with market account teams across markets.
• Develop strong working relationships with decision makers and key influencers at customer bank, covering Retail/Consumer, Commercial and Functional verticals.
• Project manage and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders within Mastercard to ensure delivery against the customer plans and initiatives.
• Identify, develop and implement opportunities and strategies to contribute to overall effectiveness and business results such as Mastercard branded volume growth and net income.
• Support and partner with the customer’s business and market leads to identify and present new business opportunities and product constructs/propositions that will drive incremental business to both Mastercard and the customer across businesses.
• Manage the compliance of all Customer Business Agreements and the contractual commitments and obligations resulting from long-term partnership.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and annual planning session with the client for all markets.
• Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders to manage existing commitments, operational efficiencies, identify new and/or unique revenue opportunities, develop business cases for approval, and support markets’ strategy and plans to increase share, volume and customer loyalty via creative programs or new concepts to drive Mastercard and customer growth plans.
ALL ABOUT YOU:
• Has extensive experience at management level across multiple markets in consumer product development and relationship management.
• Strong track record in commercial and consumer card business, ideally with multi market experience.
• Possesses strong commercial and financial acumen. Understanding of the key drivers of a retail bank’s P&L especially payment products is critical.
• Brings superb negotiation skills, with the ability to create solutions which optimize the partnership for both Mastercard and the customer.
• Leads with strong collaborative leadership skills with an ability to work independently and lead cross-functional or cross-market teams with demonstrated high-impact and innovative approaches to solve complex challenges and bring new opportunities to life.
• Demonstrates ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the customer and situations, as well as the evolution of Mastercard.
• Must be able to integrate knowledge across key disciplines, i.e., marketing, operations and risk, and demonstrate effective leadership, negotiation and problem resolution skills.

• Strong knowledge of the payments industry is a must – understanding of the relationship between retail banking and associated card programs – from a customer loyalty, usage and new issuance perspective.
