Campaigns & Activities

• To plan and execute a variety of marketing, promotion and thematic campaigns within budget.
• Track campaign and activities execution timeline and expenses with post-campaign report.

Partnership

• Identify and build business relationships with strategic partners for joint campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with the surrounding community to drive support and participation for community-focused events in mall.

Promotion Areas

• Responsible in organizing the bookings of the centre’s promotional locations and ensure the layout presentation is in line with the mall objectives which complements the shopping ambience positively.
• Responsible in achieving the income KPI of the assigned promotion areas.
• Execute marketing space plan with the consideration of merchandising mix from designated categories and accounts, tenants requirement, revenue target, seasonal commercial, event marketing support with a good image and reputation that address to our positioning.
• Input detail revenue and spending for annual budget purpose and on monthly basis for forecasting purpose with understanding of accrual of revenue and expenses where it is necessary.

Advertising Areas

• Responsible  in leasing out the designated advertising and promotional mediums as well as monitor the quality outcome on production, installation and dismantling.
• Responsible in coordinating all relevant advertising bookings with appointed advertising concessionaire to achieve monthly income KPI.

Miscellaneous

• Responsible  in the administrative and corporate records of the department.
• Prepare and manage internal communication among co-workers and tenants.
• Responsible for procurement related to campaigns, activities and capex items.

• Oversee day-to-day security operations within the shopping center.
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular security patrols to identify and address potential risks.
• Develop and implement crisis management and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during emergencies.
• Conduct regular drills and training sessions for the security team to ensure preparedness.
• Utilize CCTV systems and other security technologies to monitor the shopping center premises.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
• Manage access control systems and ensure the security of entry points.
• Issue and monitor access cards for coworkers, tenants, and authorized personnel.
• Review and approve permit to work, including hot work permits, impairment permits, working at height permits, and other safety and security permits.
• Collaborate with internal departments, tenants, and external partners to enhance overall safety and security.
• Foster positive relationships with law enforcement agencies and emergency services.
• Provide ongoing training to the security team on relevant security procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for security personnel.
• Conduct investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents, and liaise with law enforcement agencies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and training activities, and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in conducting internal safety and security audits and firefighting equipment testing.
