• To lead the Maintenance Team of motor and pulp
• To plan the rosters for the Team
• To plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), trouble-shooting, upgrading, improvement works/repairs, etc
• To test and record all faults reported and complete work orders within specified times
• To raise, review and follow up on all work orders, labour and material and key in other input into the maintenance management system and any other recording system
• To carry out day-to-day monitoring of equipment performance and follow up where appropriate
• To assist in the safety inspection / audits of equipment
• To provide maintenance support in major fault-finding and troubleshooting
• To assist in the provision of technical advice, information and instructions to demonstrate a particular application to the staff
• To provide and assist in the training of front-end devices for new, existing staff and to external parties

Role Duties:


Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs
Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and if needed undertake electrical diagnosis
