The Technical Officer shall support the Operations team in the following:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proper and efficient operation of gas turbine, generator and its auxiliary systems and ancillary systems as assigned by SCE/ASCE in-charge.
• Support operation and maintenance engineers in investigation, analyse and determine the root cause of plant defects and outages.
• Prepare, maintain and control all records as required.
• Assist in the preparation, certification and review of all management systems, e.g.ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc annually and provide support to the auditing parties wherever necessary, including internal & external auditors, to rectify non compliances and/or to follow up on improvement items identified during audit.
• Raise work orders, carry out isolation/de-isolation works to facilitate the issuance of Permits-to-Work to maintenance departments or their subcontractors in accordance to existing regulatory requirements.
• Carry out routine plant inspections and tests during shift duty.

Requirements:

• Education in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ operation experience in a power plant or related industries. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Willing to do rotating 12-hour shift work.
• Self-driven with good working attitude and possess keen learning disposition
• Proven attendance record and works well in a team
• Work location is in Jurong Island (Transport to and from Jurong East MRT is provided)

• Work independently as a Consultant Pathologist in a general hospital served by the department
• Complement existing expertise in the department, which includes 6 contributing authors in the WHO Classification of liver, skin, gastrointestinal, gynecological, hematolymphoid and head and neck tumours
• Clinical duties include:

1. Reporting of histopathology and cytopathology cases, which may include the use of digital pathology
2. Performance of frozen section consultations
3. Attendance at clinico-pathology conferences
4. Perform administrative duties as directed by the Head, Department of Pathology

Requirements

• Established track record of clinical excellence in anatomical pathology;
• Broad experience and deep expertise in the practice of general histopathology;
• Expertise in the fields of gastrointestinal (including liver and pancreaticobiliary) pathology, endocrine pathology, bone and soft tissue pathology and dermatopathology will be an advantage;
• Possess basic and postgraduate medical qualification(s) recognized by the Singapore Medical Council such as FRCPath, FRCPA or US Board certification in Anatomical Pathology. For candidates with US Board certification, they also have at least 2 years of Fellowship in one or more pathological subspecialties;
• Able to work independently and in a team, have an investigative nature, attention to detail;
• Knowledge of LIS systems and use of computer applications, e.g. MS office, PowerPoint.

The GTO Technical Delivery Manager is responsible to deliver IT project(s) and change requests that span across multiple business units. Manage resources, schedules, financial and adhere to stage gate quality and SDM control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

The GTO Technical Delivery Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified boundaries of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder and Communications Management

· Manage all aspects of project and change request engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

· Continually manage project and change request expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders

· Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and change request team, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas

· Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

· Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership and business stakeholders

Process and Delivery Execution

· Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business

· Full project life cycle ownership to ensure successful project delivery

· Manage all aspects of the projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives

· Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project

· Ensure assignment of adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes

· Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings

· Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

· Manage project scope and changes

· Act as an internal quality control check for the project

· Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution

· Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

· Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

· Ensure that projects and change requests are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

· Manage project and change request issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline

Qualifications and Skills Required

· Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance

· Proven working experience in IT project management in a banking environment and in treasury products related.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

· Murex knowledge is a plus

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

· Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
