Position : Virtual Assistant (with marketing experience)
Work Hours (Client) : M-F, with few hours of overlap with the Hawaii time zone
Pay Range : $1,000-1,500 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Overview of the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team in a hybrid role focusing on marketing, vendor management, and virtual assistance tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively manage various responsibilities within our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Support:
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and content marketing using Klaviyo.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize marketing materials such as email templates, social media posts, and blog content.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
• Help maintain and update marketing databases and customer lists.
2. Vendor Management:
• Source and evaluate potential vendors and service providers for various business needs, including software tools, freelancers, and agencies.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, providing ongoing communication and support.
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve vendor management workflows.
3. Virtual Assistance:
• Provide administrative support to team members, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
• Assist with general office tasks such as answering emails, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls.
• Help coordinate and execute special projects and events as needed.
• Conduct research and compile information for various projects and presentations.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, vendor management, or virtual assistance roles.
- Prior experience with vendor negotiations and contract management is a plus.
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., Klaviyo)
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
