Responsibilities:
• Assist to handle the day to day matters and issues of the Sales Support Team.
• Assist to support the team in attending to Agents and Policyholders’ enquiries and requests promptly mainly through telephone, email, correspondence.
• Assist to contribute to meet the SLA set, and comply with internal policies, procedures, relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist to support the growth of Retail Lines business by effective support of campaigns and help achieve GWP KPI set.
• Assist to manage feedback/complaints independently with good closure within agreed turnaround time.
• To work collaboratively and independently with the various internal stakeholders on day to day operations.
• Any other job assigned to assist the Company’s goal.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’; ‘A’ Levels/Diploma
• Applicants must have/good to have :
- Certificate in General Insurance
- Certificate in Personal General Insurance
- Certificate in Health Insurance
• At least 1 years relevant experience in BANCA/Customer Service/Sales Support Personal Lines functions.
• Possess good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in problem solving, interpersonal skills and job functional knowledge.
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• A good team player with ability to multi-task and meet stringent service standards
• Well organized and systematic in work
