SUMMARY OF POSITION
Working under Direct Superior, assisting in Supply Chain department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Approve and process invoices generated by the system
2) Create GRN for goods return
3) Organizing and maintaining records on system
4) Compiling data and generating reports for supervisor
5) Communicating with suppliers and logistics team
6) To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES: -
a) At least a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management/other          related studies
b) Intermediate Excel Sheet skills
c) Must be proficient with written and spoken English, Malay, and            Mandarin (Preferred)
d) Preferred those with experience in FMCG
e) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
f)  Five and the half days work week (Half day on Saturday)

Position: Buyer / Frontend Supply Admin (Contract – 12 months)- Renewable

Location: Woodlands

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8am to 530pm

Role Responsibilities & Tasks:

Supply Fulfillment Execution

• Manage Delivery Scheduling and Order Release
• Ensure sufficient materials to support site build plans - schedule right QTY of material from a vendor for arrival at specified date at specified site

Inventory Management Execution

• Work with direct and cross-functional teams to implement and execute global inventory strategic direction for FE and BE manufacturing sites
• Implement recommended actions to achieve targets for global inventory value, turns, safety stock and replenishment points.

Interface with Stakeholders, Procurement Partners, and Suppliers on Materials Management Strategies

• Ensure stakeholder requirements are met
• Sustain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Ensure a Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment

• Maintain knowledge of and apply company safety, labor and ethics policies
• Communicate requirements and expectations to leaders and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Fresh Graduate with learning mind is welcome.
• Experience in a procurement/purchasing and dealing with suppliers will be advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP for Materials Management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to be a persuasive advocate
• Demonstrated relationship management skills, good attitude, initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

• Comfortable in handling wet raw seafood
• Delivery of fresh seafood to designated F&B outlets
• Ensure goods are allocated correctly to designated customers before delivery
• Maintain basic cleanliness lorry
• Sending lorry to garage for technical maintenance when necessary
• Top up fuel for lorry when necessary( receipt must be provided for reimbursement)
• Load containers weighing up to 20kg to the lorry

Requirements:

• Singaporean/ PR
• Class 3 Driving licence
• Good driving record
• Physically strong males
• Preferably Mandarin speaking

Work Location: Marsiling Lane
Remuneration: $100
Working Hours: 6am- 2pm
