☑ Salary: $6500 - $8000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain KAM/ISC customers through relationship management to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
• Maintain and update customer profile including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), rate file, contact list etc.
• Prepare regular KPIs and performance review QBR, MBR.
• Manage and implement new account/project for KAM/ISC accounts, logistics and transportation network optimization.
• Collaborate with local operations and overseas teams to proactively drive operations excellence against committed service levels.
• Initiate and drive continuous process improvements for better productivity and operational performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of commercial activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
• Lead implementation of ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree holder or higher.
• 8+ years strong working knowledge of international transportation and logistics (preferably in 3PL/4PL).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and both written and verbal communication skills. Experience in customer interaction (i.e., customer service, sales, sales support, or customer solutions)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
