About the job
Based in our Singapore office, the Supply Chain Manager will lead the evaluation, decision-making, and implementation of ERP software solution. This role includes overseeing procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and optimization across the entire supply chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy the ERP system successfully and drive continuous improvements to meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate ERP software options and select the best solution for our supply chain needs.
· Lead the implementation of ERP software, ensuring successful deployment with Finance, Operations, and Sales Support teams.
· Continuously assess and refine ERP processes to improve efficiency and meet evolving business requirements.
· Manage a small logistics team for warehouse storage, planning and movement of goods.
· Collaborate with department leads to ensure optimal procurement lead time.
· Maintain supply chain inventory and records using the ERP system.
· Work with vendors and suppliers to determine cost/time-effective logistics solutions.
· Plan, build, and maintain supply chain processes to meet project and compliance standards.
· Coordinate with other departments on stocktake and ensure compliance with audit standards.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or Specialised Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field.
· Proven experience in supply chain management, focusing on evaluating and implementing ERP software solutions.
· Good knowledge of supply chain processes, including import/export requirements and customs documents.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Certification in project management or supply chain management is a plus.
